AdHive Consulting ("AdHive," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency serving home services businesses in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through ad-hive.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not buy, sell, share, or resell consumer data.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number (optional), and website when you request a free marketing audit or submit a contact form.
  • Information about your business (industry, ad spend, goals) that you voluntarily share to help us prepare your audit.
  • Any messages or files you send us by email, form, or text.

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our site:

SMS Communications

If you check the SMS consent box when submitting a form on our website, you are providing express written consent to receive text messages from AdHive Consulting at the mobile number you provide. This section describes our SMS program.

  • Message types. Replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, audit-delivery notifications, and updates about the service you asked us about.
  • Opt-in method. SMS opt-in is obtained through a separate, unchecked checkbox on our contact and audit forms. The checkbox is optional — you do not have to consent to SMS to submit the form, request an audit, or become a client.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the nature of your conversation with us. Most recipients receive fewer than a handful of messages per month.
  • Message and data rates. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to each message sent or received.
  • Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After we receive STOP, you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@ad-hive.co.
  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sale or sharing. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS consent data, or the contents of SMS conversations with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate our SMS program and will not be shared with third parties except where required to deliver the service (for example, our messaging provider) or as required by law.

Email Marketing

If you check the email-marketing box on a form, you may receive occasional educational content, marketing tips, and updates from AdHive Consulting. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us run our business — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend), our SMS/voice provider, and our analytics tools. These providers are bound to use your data only to provide services to us.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AdHive Consulting or others.
  • In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with notice to you where legally required.
